E2E S/4 HANA MM, WM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM Implementation Project deliverable by S/4 HANA MM, WM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM trainees in the project:
1. Discuss about business' scope documents to understand the client business process of S/4 HANA MM, WM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM
2. Preparation of BPML business process master list documents preparation, which includes all the business process requirements to be addressed in SAP
3. Preparation of Fit-Gap Analysis with each business process with flow diagram, roles and Authorization and purpose and benefits of the process
4. Preparation of Business Blue print which contains AS IS, TO BE, process flow diagram, Gap Analysis, integration process, roles and Authorization, reporting requirements etc.
5. Preparation of KDS key data structures which covers the configuration of s/4 organization Structure, master data, business transaction etc.;
6. Configuration of client business process based on the business blue print and KDS-Key Data Structure reference
7. Preparation of WRICEF objects which covers Forms, Reports, Enhancement, Interface, Conversation objects etc. during S/4 HANA MM, WM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM implementation project
8. Preparation of test scripts documents for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing based on the client business process
9. Preparation of Configuration Documents, testing documents like unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing etc.
10. Upload S/4 HANA MM, WM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM master data in production server and Initial Stock upload etc.
